Repositioning of a vacant anchor box to accommodate a HomeGoods, Petco and additional retail space at a vibrant open-air center, along with extensive site improvements including pedestrian and vehicular circulation upgrades, landscaping, signage and directional enhancements and other amenities.
Redevelopment of Orlando’s premier outdoor dining and entertainment destination with improved connectivity throughout the center, new gathering places, artistic experiential elements and other amenities that will better serve local residents, leisure travelers and conventioneers
Full site reinvestment in suburban San Diego including the conversion of anchor space for new Sprouts Farmers Market, BevMo!, Michaels and Five Below; remodel of interior courtyard space plus demolition and replacement of underutilized pad space with new restaurants and retail uses.
