Transformation of Kmart box into state-of-the-art Chuze Fitness and junior anchor with shopping center upgrades including façade renovations and new pylon signage.
Multi-phased renovation to serve both the students of nearby Rowan University and the residents of Glassboro. This project will include the repositioning of a former anchor box into junior anchor space, addition of three new outparcels and significant site improvements.
Redevelopment of Orlando’s premier outdoor dining and entertainment destination with improved connectivity throughout the center, new gathering places, artistic experiential elements and other amenities that will better serve local residents, leisure travelers and conventioneers
The demolition of underutilized small shop space at a well-established open-air community center will make way for development of a new ALDI grocery store and a Pet Supplies Plus to meet the needs of the densely populated community. Additional enhancements include property-wide façade, parking, sidewalk and lighting upgrades.
Full site reinvestment in suburban San Diego including the conversion of anchor space for new Sprouts Farmers Market, BevMo!, Michaels and Five Below; remodel of interior courtyard space plus demolition and replacement of underutilized pad space with new restaurants and retail uses.
Renewal of a well-established community shopping center in an affluent Philadelphia suburb, which includes the addition of 60,000 square feet of retail, restoration of historical Toll House and full center remodel with pedestrian-oriented improvements, improved lighting, signage, environmental graphics and site amenities.
