Tinley Park Plaza, Tinley Park, IL

Phase II redevelopment of former Walt's grocer and adjacent space with a 22,000 square foot Ross Dress for Less, a 9,000 square foot Five Below and additional retail.

The Davis Collection, Davis, CA

Redevelopment and reconstruction will introduce approximately 90,000 square feet of new GLA and will feature best-in-class retailers and restaurants to meet the needs of the Davis community.

Middletown Plaza, Middletown, NJ

Transformation of a former Walgreens and Party Fair to accommodate a new specialty grocer and additional retailers in an affluent, densely populated bedroom community of NYC.

Roosevelt Mall, Philadelphia, PA

Phase II reinvestment in densely populated northeast Philadelphia. Addition of Sprouts Farmers Market, JD Sports, Raising Cane’s and Panda Express, with construction of additional outparcels and extensive center upgrades.

College Plaza, Selden, NY

Remerchandising a former Bob’s Stores with a 21,000-square-foot Burlington and a former Blink Fitness with a 10,000-square-foot Five Below. The project will include additional inline shop space and center wide upgrades.

Puente Hills Town Center, Rowland Heights, CA

Situated in a major retail hub in eastern Los Angeles County, the center will be remerchandised to include multiple retailers and a new anchor tenant. The project will incorporate ADA improvements and EV charging stations.

Dalewood I, II, III Shopping Center, Hartsdale, NY

Repositioning of a former grocer box to accommodate for multiple retailers at highly trafficked, open-air center in Westchester County. Additional remerchandising of a former Rite Aid with 10,000-square-foot Ulta Beauty and replacement of a former Pet Valu with a 3,000-square-foot Paris Baguette Bakery.

Plymouth Square, Conshohocken, PA

Full site reinvestment in densely populated suburban Philadelphia. Addition of Planet Fitness, Pet Supplies Plus, My Salons Suites, along with new restaurant and retail uses. Redevelopment includes façade renovations, overall parking improvements, new landscaping and upgraded amenities.

Preston Park Village, Plano, TX

Repositioning of a vacant anchor box to accommodate a HomeGoods, Petco and additional retail space at a vibrant open-air center, along with extensive site improvements including pedestrian and vehicular circulation upgrades, landscaping, signage and directional enhancements and other amenities.

WaterTower Plaza, Leominster, MA

Redevelopment of former Shaw's with a 46,000-square-foot grocer and additional retailers, along with center upgrades including new patio areas, façade renovations and parking enhancements.

Vail Ranch Center, Temecula, CA

Redevelopment of former Stein Mart box with Burlington Stores, Five Below, and relocation/expansion of Kahoots pet store. Additional outparcels will be renovated and inline shop spaces will be remerchandised to meet the needs of the community .

East Port Plaza, Port St. Lucie, FL

Remerchandising existing small shop space and extensive shopping center upgrades to façade, landscaping, lighting, parking lot, point of entry and signage, plus other common area enhancements.

Westminster City Center, Westiminster, CO

Infill redevelopment of well-established center in heavily populated Westminster market. Addition of state-of-the-art Golf Galaxy, Hook & Reel, Sola Salon Studios & Kids Empire.

Pointe Orlando, Orlando, FL

Redevelopment of Orlando’s premier outdoor dining and entertainment destination with improved connectivity throughout the center, new gathering places, artistic experiential elements and other amenities that will better serve local residents, leisure travelers and conventioneers
