Transformation of Kmart box into state-of-the-art Chuze Fitness and junior anchor with shopping center upgrades including façade renovations and new pylon signage.
Multi-phased renovation to serve both the students of nearby Rowan University and the residents of Glassboro. This project will include the repositioning of a former anchor box into junior anchor space, addition of three new outparcels and significant site improvements.

The initial phase will include the newly constructed Maya Cinemas (the first in Texas), LA Fitness and linear retail. Site improvements to include the reconfiguration of vehicular and pedestrian ways, renovation of existing retail facades and the addition of site signage.
