Gateway Plaza/Vallejo Corners is a market-dominant power center situated in Vallejo, an outer Bay Area city located approximately 30 miles north of San Francisco. Comprising 519,324 square feet, the center is anchored by Target and surrounded by a dense population of more than 105,000 residents with an average household income of $90,000. The center draws customers from as far as the Napa Valley area, located 20 miles northwest.
The redevelopment repurposed the former Hancock Fabrics with a 13,000 square foot PetSmart and remerchandising of small shop space. To further elevate the center’s appeal, the renovation included enhancements to the façade and overall improvements.
