Marlton Crossing Shopping Center is a prominent regional shopping center situated on 32 acres and comprised of 332,664 square feet located outside of Philadelphia in Marlton, NJ. The center is anchored by a highly productive T.J. Maxx along with national retailers including Burlington Stores, DSW, HomeGoods and Michaels.
Burlington Stores was rightsized to make room for New Jersey’s first Sprouts Farmers Market, adding an essential retail grocer that drives daily traffic. A former Champ’s Sports Bar, located on an outparcel, was renovated for locally favored restaurant and sports bar Chickie’s and Pete’s, further enhancing the center’s regional draw and serving as a secondary anchor.
Other improvements included property-wide façade uplift, landscape and amenity upgrades, the relocation of the main entry drive and parking field modifications to maximize parking efficiency.
