Preston Park Village

Retail Shopping Center in Plano, TX

Preston Park Village is surrounded by an established, affluent neighborhood in a high-traffic retail hub at the intersection of Preston Road and Park Blvd with 90,000 vehicles passing per day. The center features a strong lineup of specialty retailers including White House Black Market, Chico’s, Gap and Talbots.

The redevelopment is centered on the repositioning of a vacant anchor box to accommodate a 24,000-square-foot HomeGoods, a 12,500-square-foot Petco, and additional retail space. The anchor repositioning is accompanied by a renovation of the center’s facades with clean, modern finishes. Additional site improvements include an expansion of the Katy Trail Outpost, improvements to pedestrian and vehicular circulation, added landscaping, new monument and directional signage, along with new amenity spaces for patrons will further enhance the center.
