Anchored by Winn-Dixie, this Southwest Florida open-air center is located at the high-trafficked intersection of Tyrone Blvd. and 58th St. in St. Petersburg, visible to more than 28,000 vehicles daily. Other national retailers include Chuck E. Cheese’s.
The project demolished 26,000 square feet of underutilized retail space to accommodate new construction of a 19,000-square-foot Crunch Fitness and additional small shop space. The center’s renovation encompassed several improvements such as new façades, sidewalks, landscaping upgrades and pylon improvements.
