This phased redevelopment in the heart of Dallas will transform this asset into a center of the community. The initial phase will include the newly constructed Maya Cinemas (the first in Texas), LA Fitness and linear retail. Site improvements to include the reconfiguration of vehicular and pedestrian ways, renovation of existing retail facades and the addition of site signage.
