The Davis Collection

The Davis Collection is currently undergoing redevelopment and reconstruction to complement the existing 13,210 square foot Trader Joe's. This expansion will add approximately 90,000 square feet of new GLA and will include top-tier retailers and dining options to serve the Davis community. New anchor tenants, including Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom Rack, and PetSmart, will join a mix of local, regional, and national restaurants such as The Melt, Urban Plates, Mendocino Farms, Good Friends Hawaiian Poke, and Old Tea House.

The development will also offer amenities such as EV charging stations, solar energy integration, and enhanced bicycle connectivity. The project is set to begin next month with an anticipated completion date in mid-2025. During this development period, Trader Joe's will continue to operate without interruption.
