The shopping center is surrounded by a dense population of over 200,000 with an above national average household income of more than $93,000 within a 5-mile radius of the center. 

The completed first phase included the replacement of  80,000-square-feet of long-term vacant space with 63,000-square-feet of new anchor tenancy, including a 38,436-square-foot Amazon Fresh and a 25,000-square-foot Burlington. 

The second phase will bring  new anchor and shop GLA along with the renovation of existing in-line small shop space with modernized facades.
