Jeff Martin

Jeff Martin has served as Senior Vice President, Finance, for Brixmor Property Group since February 2026. He previously served as Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Finance since March 2025 and Director, Corporate Strategy & Finance since May 2024. In his current role, Jeff oversees Brixmor’s Financial Asset Management team and leads corporate strategy and capital allocation initiatives.

Prior to Brixmor, Jeff served as a Real Estate Investment Banking Associate at RBC Capital Markets from 2022 to 2024. Additionally, he spent six years in Deloitte’s Financial Services Audit Practice, leaving as an Audit Manager to pursue his MBA.
Jeff earned an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and holds a B.S. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
