Jason Vipperman

Jason Vipperman has served as Senior Vice President, Property Management at Brixmor Property Group since 2025. He previously served as Vice President, Property Management beginning in 2016, where he played a key leadership role overseeing the operational performance of the company’s retail portfolio across multiple U.S. regions.

Prior to rejoining Brixmor, Jason served as Vice President, Property Management at DDR Corp. from 2007 to 2016, where he led large regional teams responsible for asset operations, capital allocation, project management, and financial performance. Earlier in his career, he held several roles at Brixmor including Director of Property Management from 2005 to 2007 and Senior Property Manager from 2000 to 2005. Jason began his career as a Regional Property Manager at Charter Properties from 1995 to 1999.

Jason and his wife, Christy, reside in Atlanta, where they enjoy spending time with their three children and extended family.
