Gregory Finley

Greg is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of long-term business plans for a portfolio of open-air retail properties in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas. He  joined Brixmor in 2014 as a Senior Project Manager in Construction, and advanced to Vice President of Construction for the company’s West Region in 2016.

He believes building long-term sustainable relationships with tenants who connect with the community is key to driving value for all stakeholders. “It’s critical to understand the tenant’s perspective and challenges to build meaningful long-term partnerships. We all succeed together.”

Prior to joining Brixmor, Greg held positions at Luxottica Retail North America in San Diego from 2012 – 2014 where he was responsible for the development and construction of 30+ retail projects across multiple brands. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President at Southern California Soil & Testing, and as a Division Facilities Director at Lowe’s Home Improvement.

Greg is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and holds a professional engineering  license (PE) from the California Board of Technical Professionals. He is married, lives in San Diego, and loves outdoor hiking with his dog.
