A transformative redevelopment initiative featuring the ground‑up construction of a 111,000‑square‑foot Target will bring a major new anchor to the center. Additional remerchandising of existing anchor space will accommodate a 26,000‑square‑foot Burlington, further strengthening the tenant mix.
