Located in affluent Bucks County, Barn Plaza continues its transformation with Phase II redevelopment, replacing a former 49,000-square-foot freestanding theater with three newly constructed multi-tenant outparcel buildings totaling 46,000 square feet. This phase introduces a mix of top national retailers including a 13,000-square-foot Pottery Barn, 6,000-square-foot Burton’s Grill & Bar, 6,000-square-foot Williams-Sonoma, 5,000-square-foot Sephora, 3,000-square-foot Shake Shack, and 2,000-square-foot Just Salad, alongside additional retail offerings.
