Pointe Orlando

Phase II of Pointe Orlando delivered a comprehensive remerchandising, rebranding, and first-level reconfiguration that aligned with the completed Phase I improvements. The project introduced new experiential tenants including a 10,000-square-foot Activate and a 10,000-square-foot Dick’s Last Resort, along with the addition of a third vehicular connection to International Drive to enhance access and circulation.

Site-wide enhancements included façade upgrades, new landscaping and lighting, and refreshed common areas featuring public seating and improved pedestrian plazas, further strengthening the center’s functionality and guest experience.
