Jones Plaza is located in one of Houston’s most active retail corridors. The surrounding trade area is densely populated, with more than 115,000 residents within a 3-mile radius, and shares an intersection with a larger retail node that includes Hobby Lobby, dd’s DISCOUNTS, and Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.
Located just two miles west of Willowbrook Mall, a super-regional destination anchored by Dillard’s, JCPenney, Nordstrom Rack, Macy’s, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, the center benefits from high visibility with over 42,000 vehicles daily on FM 1960 and 29,000 on Jones Road (Kalibrate, 2019).
The redevelopment project relocated and expanded Aaron’s to a 14,000-square-foot space making room for the addition of a new 15,000-square-foot La Michoacana Supermarket. The center also underwent façade renovations and overall beautification to enhance the visual appeal.
