Barn Plaza’s Phase I marks the completion of the first stage in a comprehensive redevelopment in the heart of affluent Bucks County, where the surrounding household income exceeds $178,000 within a 3-mile radius.
This phase introduced the first Whole Foods Market in Bucks County (43,689 Sq Ft), occupying a former Marshalls space, alongside the addition of a new Barnes & Noble (11,365 Sq Ft).
The redevelopment also included the remerchandising of a former Applebee’s to construct a new 7,000-square-foot multi-tenant outparcel building featuring First Watch (4,000 Sq Ft), Chipotle (2,000 Sq Ft) and The Juice Pod (1,000 Sq Ft).
