One of our favorite parts of a redevelopment is seeing the project come to life. Located in Newtown Township, PA, Village of Newtown is an established village-style center anchored by gourmet grocer McCaffrey's Food Markets, currently drawing 2.4M visits a year. Not only did we renovate the existing buildings at this property, but we added an additional 60,000 SF of retail and restaurant space.
