Shops at Palm Lakes

Located in a densely populated area of North Miami, Shops at Palm Lakes is a 206,000 square foot open-air shopping center with a strong lineup of national retailers, including Fresco Y Mas Supermarket, Ross Dess for Less, Dollar Tree, Rainbow and Sally Beauty Supply. 

This multi-phase redevelopment initiative has transformed the former Kmart space into a 41,000 square foot LA Fitness and a 24,000 square foot dd’s Discounts. In addition, the construction of multi-tenant outparcels has introduced exciting new dining and retail options, including Chick-fil-A, Aspen Dental, Habit Burger, Panda Express, Pasteur Medical, and AT&T.

To enhance the overall look and functionality of the center, extensive upgrades have been made, including façade renovation, updates to storm water drainage systems, parking lot improvements, elevated landscaping features, and the installation of new lighting and signage.
