East Port Plaza

East Port Plaza is anchored by a 42,112-square-foot-Publix and features a strong lineup of national and regional retailers including Walgreens, Urban Air Adventure Park, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, & Bank of America. Located within the center is Fortis Institute, a medical training school with over 500 students, and adjacent to the center is the Port St. Lucie Civic Center that hosts year-round events bringing in high visibility and foot traffic.   

The project includes remerchandising existing small shop space and extensive shopping center upgrades to the façade, landscaping, lighting, parking lot, point of entry and signage. Common area enhancements will be made to pedestrian walkways, providing better access to restaurants, shops and activities on site.
