Roosevelt Mall is a 472,000 square foot open-air regional center located on 36 acres at the crossroads of Cottman Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard in northeast Philadelphia. The center is anchored by Macy’s, Ross Dress for Less and a strong array of national retailers.
The completed first phase included the demolition of a former off-track betting establishment allowing for a newly constructed state-of-the-art LA Fitness and the remerchandising of several adjacent spaces for Oak Street Health, a first-class primary care provider focused on the senior community.
Phase 2 will bring a major expansion and wholesale renovations to the balance of the property.
