Furthermore, the market growth is 130% above the national average with new residential development adding nearly 16,000 housing units within five miles of the center.
The redevelopment repurposed the former Kmart building into a Burlington Stores, HomeGoods, Planet Fitness and additional small shop space. The center’s renovation included exterior façade and landscaping improvements.
