The Davis Collection
Sacramento CBSA
This major transformation reimagined the former University Mall into a modern retail destination, leveraging the existing Trader Joe’s as a cornerstone while partnering with the grocer to complete the redevelopment. Anchored by a new Nordstrom Rack, PetSmart, and Ulta Beauty, the project introduced over 100K sq ft of new retail and dining, including first-to-market tenants, organized around an outdoor community courtyard with extensive site, façade, and pedestrian enhancements and murals by local artists.

Westridge Court & Block 59 - Phase I
Chicago CBSA
A new restaurant and entertainment district featuring The Cheesecake Factory, Yard House, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Shake Shack, Stan’s Donuts, and more across nearly two acres of open community space. Additional upgrades to Westridge Court, including landscaping, signage, lighting, and improved pedestrian and vehicular flow, enhance the overall merchandising mix and visitor experience.

Village at Newtown
Philadelphia CBSA
This multi‑phase redevelopment added 60K sq ft of new buildings featuring locally loved restaurants and national retailers, including Ulta Beauty, Harvest Seasonal Grill and Turning Point, complemented by extensive façade renovation. The restored historic Toll House, upgraded public spaces, enhanced signage and new community amenities, including an amphitheater, strengthened the center’s role as a neighborhood gathering place.
