Wynnewood Village - Phase V

Phase V advances the center’s transformation through the redevelopment of several vacant outparcel pads, including the construction of a multi‑tenant outparcel building anchored by a 2,500‑square‑foot quick-service restaurant and a 2,300‑square‑foot Chipotle. Additional outparcel activity includes a new 3,000‑square‑foot Chase and a 6,000‑square‑foot Olive Garden, further enhancing the center’s dining and service offerings.

The project also features the reconfiguration of inline retail space to deliver a 19,000‑square‑foot junior anchor space to accommodate additional retailers. Complementing these expansions are a series of property upgrades, including new façades, enhanced landscaping and parking lot improvements.
