Circle Center

Located in the heart of Hilton Head Island, Circle Center is undergoing a transformative redevelopment that capitalizes on its prime location near Coligny Beach Park, multiple resorts and renowned golf courses, drawing an estimated 3.1M annual visitors (Hilton Head Island Gov, 2023).

The redevelopment remerchandises a former 45,000-square-foot BI-LO to make way for a new 48,000-square-foot Publix. Several small shop spaces will be reconfigured to enhance the retail mix and improve shopper experience. Pedestrian improvements, including new sidewalk access to a recently developed municipal park, will further integrate the center into the surrounding community.
