Phase 1 includes the re-tenanting/expansion of an anchor tenant vacancy with Sprouts Farmers Market, BevMo!, Michaels (new construction 21,300 square feet) and Five Below, remodel and façade improvement of the interior “Village Walk”, as well as future outparcel development.
