Vail Ranch Center is located on Highway 79 in the prime retail corridor for South Temecula. The center is highly trafficked with a Stater Bros. Vail Ranch Center is surrounded by an affluent population with an average household income of $123,000 within 3 miles.

The redevelopment will transform a former Stein Mart box with a 25,000-square-foot Burlington Stores, 11,000-square-foot Five Below, and the relocation and expansion of the existing Kahoots pet store to a 10,000-square-feet space. Outparcel renovation will include retailers relevant to the community including the addition of a 3,000-square-foot Carbon Health, a 2,000 square foot Dave's Hot Chicken, and a 1,000-square-foot Poki Poki.  Inline shops spaces will be remerchandised to include 7,000-square-feet of additional retail. Additional upgrades will be made to the roof and parking lot.
