Roosevelt Mall is a 472,000-square-foot open-air regional center located on 36 acres at the crossroads of Cottman Ave and Roosevelt Blvd in northeast Philadelphia. The center is currently anchored by Macy’s, Ross Dress for Less and LA Fitness and features a strong array of national retailers. Strategically situated in a retail hub of 2M square feet, the center draws from a population of over 306,000 within 112,000 households in a 3-mile radius.

Redevelopment is currently underway. Key initial tenants include Sprouts Farmers Market, JD Sports and KPOT Korean BBQ. The addition of several new peripheral buildings will provide opportunities to accommodate numerous exciting new tenants, such as: Raising Cane's, Panda Express, and TOUS Les JOURS.

The center will be receiving various upgrades including renovations to the facades and sidewalks, fresh landscaping, new pylon signage and extensive common area improvements. Vehicular traffic calming and improved pedestrian access will be prioritized throughout the property. Finally, the implementation of a modern stormwater management system will ensure a more sustainable approach to environmental impact.
