Brian T. Finnegan

Brian has served as Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of Brixmor Property Group since January 2026 and President since July 2024. He previously served as Interim Chief Executive Officer during two periods, April to May 2024 and October 2025 to January 2026, and held the role of Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2023 until his promotion in 2024.

Brian has served in a variety of key roles around the country since joining the company as a Leasing Representative in 2004, including Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, Executive Vice President of Leasing, Senior Vice President of Leasing and Development  - West Region, Senior Vice President Asset Manager – West Region, Vice President of Redevelopment – South Region and Regional Vice President of Leasing.

Brian was appointed to serve on the ICSC Board of Trustees as well as the Chair of the ICSC Foundation Board of Directors for 2026.  He previously served as the Foundation’s Vice Chair since 2023.

Brian's leadership has been recognized in Chain Store Age “50 Under 40” and again in “10 Under 40” as well as Shopping Centers Today “Leasing Leaders”. He lives outside of New York City with his wife and three daughters.
