Strengthening our presence in Houston

Continuing our growth strategy, we’ve added Vintage Marketplace to our portfolio, a ~72K SF Whole Foods Market-anchored neighborhood center in Houston, TX, serving the affluent and well-educated northwest Houston suburbs.

Strategically positioned one mile east of Highway 249/Tomball Parkway with visibility to approximately 29,000 vehicles per day, the center provides convenient access to a dense and growing residential trade area and serves as a daily-needs retail destination within a strong regional retail node.

Anchored by Whole Foods Market and complemented by a strong mix of national tenants including Orangetheory Fitness, MOD Pizza, Torchy’s Tacos, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa, the property benefits from consistent consumer traffic.

Vintage Marketplace presents compelling value-creation opportunities including embedded rent growth, near-term leasing of vacancies, as well as meaningful lease expirations over the next few years with mark-to-market opportunities.

With this acquisition, we’ve grown our Houston footprint to 27 centers totaling more than 3.9 million square feet of GLA, further supporting our strategy of acquiring well-located, daily needs-based retail assets in high-growth, high-income suburban markets.
