Bob’s Discount Furniture is now open at The Commons at Chancellor Park, further elevating this high-performing retail destination in Charlotte’s University City.

This addition strengthens the center’s merchandising mix with and capitalizes on strong consumer demand in one of Charlotte’s most active retail corridors.

Grand opening festivities included a ribbon cutting, a NASCAR-themed activation featuring the Bob’s-branded No. 11 car, and meaningful community contributions with $2,500 donations to both Charlotte Family Housing and University Meadows Elementary School.

Bob’s joins a lineup of national anchors, contributing to a center that attracts nearly 3M annual visits and benefits from exceptional visibility along University City’s most heavily trafficked corridor.
