New Grocery Anchor in MN

LomaBonita officially opened its doors at Richfield Hub in Richfield, MN this weekend, and the response from the community was overwhelming.

With live Mariachi music, vendor sampling, and a warm atmosphere, the event drew an impressive turnout.

In addition, we collaborated with Minneapolis-based artist Luis Fitch, an internationally recognized figure in Hispanic art, to create three custom murals on the building’s exterior.

Transforming a long-vacant space and adding a new grocery anchor to the portfolio is a win for both the community and Brixmor.
