Sound the trumpets! Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream is now open at Plaza by the Sea in San Clemente, CA. The center’s newest tenant celebrated its grand opening by inviting the local San Clemente High School Band to perform for customers as they enjoyed their delicious treats.
