That’s a wrap on dealmaking events for 2023!

Last week, the Brixmor team attended ICSC New York, the final show of the year.

With so many exciting projects happening across the portfolio to discuss, we hosted more than 440 meetings between agents and our valued retail partners in our booth.

Sean McLaughlin, SVP, Data Analytics & Reporting, gave some great insights during his panel on leveraging artificial intelligence in retail real estate.

We also got to celebrate the newest ICSC Chair, our very own CEO, Jim Taylor! Jim sat down with Tom McGee, President & CEO of ICSC, and Angele Robinson-Gaylord, ICSC Vice Chairman, and SVP, Store Development Americas for Starbucks, to discuss the latest trends impacting the business.
