Still dreaming of the desert! #TBT to ICSC Las Vegas and a week that underscored the strength of today’s retail environment. With 25,000 attendees and 4,000 retailers, the takeaway was clear. Retailers are leaning in, prioritizing high-quality space and planning for long-term growth.

Our team hosted nearly 700 meetings, connecting with many of the industry’s most active and expanding brands. Across categories, demand continues to build, with growth driven by grocery, off-price, restaurants, fitness, and service-oriented uses.
