Big Changes Anchoring Fox Run

Brian, Jim & Tuck are showing off the successful repositioning of an old K-Mart box at Fox Run in Prince Frederick, MD. The empty box was repurposed into 4 junior anchors including Planet Fitness, Five Below & ULTA Beauty. Subsequent phases have recently commenced and include the construction of three new outparcel buildings plus other site improvements. We can’t wait to see the finished product!
