The grand opening of Nordstrom Rack marks the debut in our transformation of The Davis Collection—and the momentum is just beginning.
This project is adding over 90,000 square feet of new retail to this ideally located shopping center, directly across from UC Davis. Alongside the existing Trader Joe’s, new retailers joining the lineup include Ulta Beauty, PetSmart, Mendocino Farms, J.Crew Factory, and more.
This first opening sets the tone for what’s to come as we continue to deliver a reimagined retail experience in the heart of Davis, CA.
