The Davis Collection marks a major transformation in Davis, CA, just west of Sacramento and steps from UC Davis, a campus with over 52,000 students and faculty. Formerly University Mall, this property was underinvested and ill-configured for today’s retailers. We worked closely with the City of Davis to completely reimagine the site, demolishing the 92K SF mall and creating a vibrant new center of the community.

The Davis Collection now features over 100K SF of retail and dining, anchored by Trader Joe’s and complemented by first-to-market tenants including Nordstrom Rack, Ulta Beauty, J.Crew Factory, PetSmart, Mendocino Farms, The Melt, and Calicraft Brewery. This merchandising mix reflects our focus on delivering unique experiences and strong growth opportunities.
