A behind-the-scenes tour of Brixmor’s Barn Plaza redevelopment in Doylestown, PA, gave Kristen Moore, SVP, Marketing, a new appreciation for what goes into transforming a shopping center.

From reusing materials from the former movie theater as infill, to navigating the extensive infrastructure beneath the site, to continually adjusting work as unexpected challenges arise, the tour offered a firsthand look at the complexity behind a redevelopment of this scale. A great reminder of the planning, coordination and problem-solving it takes to bring a project like Barn Plaza to life.
