Anchor Moves Created Opportunity

Barn Plaza in Doylestown, PA is transforming into a premier destination for Bucks County. When Marshalls and HomeGoods relocated, we seized the opportunity to bring the county’s first Whole Foods Market to one of the wealthiest areas in the Philadelphia market. This 240K SF grocery-anchored center sits 30 miles north of downtown Philly along Route 611, a main north/south corridor with 36K cars passing daily and an average household income of $178K+ within 3 miles.

Phase one of our redevelopment included upgrading facades, landscaping, and pylon signage, and converting a former Applebee’s outparcel into a vibrant multi-tenant building featuring First Watch, JuicePod, and Chipotle. These enhancements helped drive small shop occupancy to 100%.

Next up: scraping a former 40K SF movie theater to create three new buildings totaling approximately 40K SF, with exciting tenants like Burton’s Bar & Grill, Sephora, Shake Shack, and Just Salad already signed, plus more to come.

Join Temma Moss, Sr. Leasing Representative, and Bill Greimel, VP of Redevelopment, as they share how Barn Plaza is becoming the center of the community.
