We are please to announce the acquisitions of Elmhurst Crossing, North Riverside Plaza and West U Marketplace.

Elmhurst Crossing and North Riverside Plaza are located just outside of Chicago. Elmhurst Crossing in Elmhurst, IL, is anchored by national tenants including Whole Foods Market, Kohl's, At Home, Petco, & Shoe Carnival, drawing an estimated 5.2M annual visits. North Riverside Plaza in North Riverside, IL, draws an estimated 5.9M annual visits and is anchored by national tenants including Kohl’s, Best Buy, Burlington, Michaels Stores, & Petco.

These acquisitions complement our existing 15 assets in the market and were acquired below replacement cost, at attractive pricing relative to recent comparable sales, and feature many tenants performing at the top of their respective store fleets nationally, while paying below market rents.

West U Marketplace is located in Houston, Texas. The 60K SF grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center is located across the street from our Braes Heights property and West regional office in a very dense and affluent submarket of Houston. This infill asset is occupied by a highly productive Whole Foods Market and range of compelling and relevant small shop tenants.
