Success Stories

The Perfect Start

Retail Success Begins Here

  • Livoti's Old World Market with two women entering store.

    Laurel Square: Regional Grocer Win

When Pathmark closed, Laurel Square faced a grocery void. We moved quickly to partner with family owned Livoti’s Old World Market, a regional favorite, and refresh the merchandising mix. Five new small shop leases and 13K SF of added occupancy transformed this open air, grocery anchored shopping center into a go to neighborhood grocery destination.

  • Car driving in the foreground of a parking lot in an open air shopping center with small shop facades in the background

Village at Newtown: Local Brands Thrive

At Village at Newtown, we turned a tired center into a walkable, open air hub where local businesses sit at the center of the community. Over half the tenants are Newtown residents, from Oishi to Rittenhouse Home and Nothing Bundt Cakes, thriving on all day traffic and small shop retail space that keeps neighbors coming back two or three times a day.

  • View of exterior storefront for P.J. Whelihan's restaurant with outdoor dining at Plymouth Square Shopping Center

    Plymouth Square: Built for Restaurants

Plymouth Square gives restauranteurs a prime, open air location in an affluent, dense trade area anchored by Weis Markets, Planet Fitness and REI. A $22M reinvestment, center beautification, and 180 on site office employees drew concepts like P.J. Whelihan’s, proving this neighborhood shopping center is the right place for restaurant space for lease and long term growth.

The Road Ahead

Testimonial

My opening day was one of the best in franchise history. Everyone wanted to stop by and say hello. That’s the power of community – and why this center has become such a great hub.
