Tinley Park Plaza is located at a high-traffic retail intersection and draws an average of 1.9 million visits per year. The shopping center is surrounded by a dense population of over 200,000 with an above national average household income of more than $93,000 within a 5-mile radius of the center. 

The existing center is anchored by The Tile Shop, Planet Fitness and Walt’s Food Center, along with top national tenants, Blaze Pizza, Noodles & Company and LL Flooring.

The multi-phased redevelopment includes the replacement of 80,000-square-feet of long-term vacant space with 63,000-square-feet of new anchor tenancy, including a 38,436-square-foot grocer and a 25,000-square-foot Burlington Stores, both slated to open in fall 2021. Additionally, 3,600-square-feet of new shop GLA will be built along with renovation of existing small shop space.

Phase II will include new outparcel development, modernized façades and signage, enhanced lighting, updated landscaping and parking lot improvements.
