Park Hills Plaza

Retail Shopping Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania

Located in the heart of Altoona’s retail corridor directly across from the Logan Valley Mall, Park Hills Plaza is surrounded by 70,000 residents within a 10-mile radius and a daytime population of 85,000. Furthermore, the center is located near Highway 99, one of the state’s major north/south thoroughfares, with 37,000 vehicles daily.

Anchored by Weis grocery store, Park Hills Plaza benefits from a strong lineup of national retailers, including Harbor Freight Tools and Shoe Carnival.  In 2019, a 9,900-square-foot multi-tenant outparcel building was added, further strengthening  the tenant mix with Starbucks, Kay Jewelers, Sports Clips and Sleep Number.
