Marlton Crossing Shopping Center is a prominent regional shopping center situated on 32 acres and comprised of 332,664-square-feet located outside of Philadelphia in Marlton, New Jersey. Maxx along with national retailers including Burlington Stores, DSW, HomeGoods, Michaels, Chickie’s and Pete’s Crab House and Sports Bar and soon to join Sprouts Farmers Market.

The redevelopment is being completed in multiple phases. The first phase, which is now complete, included the full renovation of a recently vacated Champps for regional stalwart Chickie’s and Pete’s. The next phase, currently underway, involves rightsizing an existing Burlington and the buildout of Sprouts Farmers Market in the recaptured space. Also in conjunction with Sprouts Farmers Market opening early summer, the center will receive significant landscaping improvements, the relocation of the main entry drive and parking lot modifications to maximize parking efficiency.

The final phase of this project is an extensive property-wide façade uplift and significant improvements to the site amenities.
