Mansell Crossing, an established open-air shopping center located in North Fulton County’s major retail node, is surrounded by 14M square feet of corporate office space that includes over 263,000 daytime employees within a 5-mile radius. The redevelopment will feature a flagship Studio Movie Grill and new experiential dining and shopping opportunities which will join a strong line up of national retailers including Macy’s Furniture Gallery, DSW, Michaels, REI, HomeGoods, T.J. Maxx, Burlington Stores and Ross Dress for Less.

This multi-phased reinvestment project will also comprise new street-oriented retail space with outdoor gathering spaces and construction of internal multi-use pathways connecting to the adjacent Big Creek Greenway, an eight-mile recreational trail running from Roswell to Alpharetta. Additional phases include repositioning of existing anchor tenants and enhancements to facades and landscaping throughout the property.
