Gateway Plaza/Vallejo Corners Center is a market-dominant power center in Vallejo, one of the outermost Bay Area cities located approximately 30-miles north of San Francisco. Comprising 519,324 square feet, the center is anchored by Target. Surrounded by a dense population of more than 105,000 residents with an average household income of $90,000, the center draws customers from as far as the Napa Valley area, located 20 miles northwest.

The redevelopment will repurpose the former Hancock Fabrics with a 13,000-square-foot PetSmart and remerchandising of the small shop space. The renovation will include exterior façade improvements and additional upgrades.
