Dickson City Crossings is situated in a strong retail hub with nearly 1.5 million square feet of retail space within a one ¼ mile area which draws over 2.9 million visitors annually from nearby Scranton. The center is strategically located alongside the Scranton Carbondale Highway, creating high visibility from over 41,000 vehicles daily.

The project will remerchandise a former Dick's Sporting Goods and AC Moore with a 41,000 square foot Burlington Store along with additional junior anchors. The redevelopment of a former Pier 1 outparcel will be transformed into a multi-tenant building and additional upgrades include outdoor seating space, improvement of tenant visibility and partial façade renovations.
