Cudahy, although the second smallest city in Los Angeles County, is one of the most densely populated in the U.S. with 370,000+ persons within a 3-mile radius. Cudahy Plaza is situated at the intersection of Santa Ana St. and S. Atlantic Ave. with 25,000+ vehicles daily, and is surrounded by a multicultural community with a Hispanic population of 93% within 3-miles of the center.

The initial phase of the redevelopment of the former Kmart box was completed last summer with the construction of a 40,778-square-foot Chuze Fitness. This state-of-the-art gym opened to rave reviews and features amenities such as a child care center, smoothie bar and movie theater workout room.

The second phase is currently underway and features a junior anchor, small shop modernization and façade improvements. Upon completion the redevelopment will transform this underutilized property into a shopping destination and top-performing asset in the Los Angeles submarket.
