Cudahy Plaza

Retail Shopping Center in Cudahy, CA

Cudahy is the second smallest city in Los Angeles County, but one of the most densely populated in the U.S. with 370,000+ residents within 3-miles of Cudahy Plaza. The center is surrounded by a multicultural community with a high Hispanic population of 93% within a 3-mile radius.

This multi-phased redevelopment transformed an underutilized asset into a shopping destination by retrofitting a former Kmart box to accommodate a state-of-the-art 40,784-square-foot Chuze Fitness, a 25,316-square-foot Burlington Store prototype, and additional shop spaces. Other property-wide enhancements include small shop uplift, façade renovations and pylon modernization.
