We’re spotlighting Alfredo Malamana, the owner of Dollar Outlet at New Britain Village Square in Chalfont, PA! He opened his store last October, mid-pandemic. We love his strategy of switching up inventory to fit the needs of the community. Thanks to PM Maureen Delaney for sharing and for regularly checking in with tenants to give them advice and assist. You are truly living the BRX Mission of “Acting Like an Owner.”
